Christmas Time Is Giving Time

Along with our in-office 4th Dimension Innovative Marketing Christmas party, we engage in plenty of social giving during the holiday season. This year, we’re more committed than ever to making the season brighter for children and families in our area.

“We’re going to be participating in a toy drive this Christmas,” stated Leatha, the head of our HR department. “We wouldn’t want anyone to not have a present on Christmas, so this donation drive is very important to us. Our whole office is coming together to collect toys and donate them to families in need. The holidays bring out the best in all of us here at 4th Dimension Innovative Marketing. This allows us to make a big impact throughout our community.”

Through our many giveback events, we grow closer as a team. Even with an in-office donation drive, we’re able to build morale through our efforts to making a positive impact. We discuss our favorite toys and childhood holiday memories. This helps us learn more about each other’s unique traits.

There are also reputation-boosting benefits to be gained by giving to good causes. We want consumers to associate our company name with social awareness and empathy. Every time we give to a worthy cause, we amplify our public profile a little bit more.
